We kindly ask that you please use the Chat for questions directed at the Host/Cohost only, specifically for technical issues. We will open the chat during fellowship after the close of the meeting for members to connect with each other directly during that time. We do this to minimize distractions, maintain the safety of the meeting and keep the focus on the content of the meeting. Thank you!


We use a waiting room and will lovingly lock the meeting 15 minutes after the meeting begins. Please arrive promptly to each session. If this is challenging, we suggest perhaps waiting to attend a future RSG session. We offer six RSG sessions per year!



We welcome all ACA members in addition to newcomers! We highly recommend newcomers have attended at least 2 regular ACA meetings prior to RSG. However, we will not turn anyone away who is a first time ACA attendee, with the understanding it may be overwhelming. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early and/or stay after the close of the meeting to ask questions and trust the process as ACA is introduced.
